Polyester Partially Oriented Yarn (Polyester POY)

Polyester Partially Oriented Yarn, commonly known as Polyester POY is the primary form of Polyester yarn. It is also known as Polyester Pre-Oriented Yarn. It is the first form of yarn made directly by spinning Polyester Chips. Polyester POY is mainly used for manufacturing textured yarn. Polyester POY can be available in two luster: Semi Dull & Bright. Dope Dyed technology is used for making of colored POY. Polyester POY is mainly available in packed in cone as per customer requirement.

Polyester Drawn Textured Yarn (Polyester DTY)

Drawn Textured Yarn (DTY) yarn is obtained when Polyester POY is simultaneously twisted and drawn. DTY yarn is mainly used as a part of weaving and knitting of fabrics for making garments, home decorations, seat covers, bags and numerous different things. DTY yarn can be in Semi Dull or Bright or Triloble Bright depending upon the kind of areas of filaments.

Polyester Mono Yarn

Polyester Mono Yarn is also known as single polyester yarns, mother yarn for splitting. Mono filament yarn has soft touch and good physical properties. A polyester filament yarn is used in knitting and weaving to make design on dresses and home-textiles and making of webbings. A yarn containing the categories and available in 20D/1, 30D/1, 40D/1, 50D/1 for both Raw white and dope dyed monofilaments. Mono yarn has varieties as Semi Dull, Bright Dope Dyed Mono filaments.

Polyester Spun Yarn

Spun yarn is used in making Sewing thread and embroidery threads. Polyester spun yarn can be Virgin made from Virgin Polyester Staple Fiber or Recycled Spun yarn made from Recycled PSF. Spun Yarn can be waxed which is used for knitting fabrics or un-waxed mainly used for weaving. PSY is commonly available in both single and double employ for use in Textile industry. It can be Raw-white and dyed as well. Both dope-dyed spun yarn and conventional dyed spun yarn can be used to make fabrics.
